How the MD Hydro system from SkinBase™ Works
The MD Hydro system uses patented technology to offer an effective and affordable treatment for use in your salon or medspa. With two treatment modalities to choose from, you can help clients improve their skin and their confidence.
Crystal microdermabrasion
Deliver an intense exfoliation and resurfacing using ultra-fine crystals of aluminum oxide. These crystals work as a gentle abrasive to both exfoliate and remove dead cells on the surface of the skin. The machine’s vacuum action then whisks away those cells and stimulates the circulation to promote increased blood flow to the area. Collagen and elastin levels rise and skin becomes firmer and more youthful-looking.
SkinBase Hydro
Offer treatments that cleanse, exfoliate, purify, hydrate and revitalise the skin in as little as 30 minutes! During the non-invasive Hydro treatments, a special handset is used to apply a solution of natural AHAs and BHAs to the skin. The peel works to cleanse and exfoliate, providing a perfect foundation for the rest of the treatment. Once the peel is removed from the skin, it is followed up by an infusion of a powerful serum. The serum soaks into the freshly cleansed skin for a boost of hydration and the vigorous ingredients get to work.
